You create the ad; we display it on our screens. Share this page with your designer or editor before production begins.
1. Choose the screen and canvas
| Placement | Pixels (width × height) | Orientation |
|---|---|---|
| Boat Avenue | 1920 × 720 | Landscape |
| Patong FRONT | 672 × 352 | Landscape |
| Patong TWIN | 288 × 512 | Portrait |
FRONT and TWIN identify artwork formats. Supply one portrait video for TWIN, not two copies side by side. These Patong dimensions have been used for test artwork preparation; confirm your selected screen with our team before final export.
2. Export profile
- Recommended delivery: MP4, H.264 codec, 30 frames per second, no audio.
- Match the duration agreed in your media plan exactly. A 30-second slot needs a 30-second file, including all titles.
- Export at the exact canvas dimensions. Do not stretch the image or crop logos and contact details.
- Do not add black pauses or technical slates before or after the ad.
- File-size and bitrate limits are confirmed during file review; no single limit is specified for every screen.
3. Design for the street
Think bigger: one hero product, a bold logo, a short offer and one clear contact. Use contrasting text, avoid small print and long paragraphs, and keep important elements away from edges. The message must work without sound.
Recompose portrait artwork: enlarge the product and brand, then reposition contact details. Squeezing a landscape video reduces readability. If using a QR code, test scanning at the location.
4. Send your files
- A separate MP4 for each format, sent as a document or a downloadable link, without messenger compression.
- Brand name, location, campaign dates and agreed duration.
- A clear filename, such as BRAND_PATONG_FRONT_30s_v01.mp4.
- For creative changes, include the new version and requested changeover time for us to confirm.
5. Before the campaign starts
We check dimensions, duration, playback and fit with your booked placement. Uploading a file does not confirm it is live: wait for acceptance and launch confirmation. You are responsible for rights to supplied content. Creative production is separate from placement unless expressly agreed.
